How can a yogurt be 100% dairy and lactose-free?
Our top-notch research team figured out how to use lactase, a natural enzyme, to transform the lactose in our yogurt. Lactase is also known as the essential ingredient for digesting milk—when your body doesn't make it, you are lactose-intolerant.

Lactose is a sugar normally found in milk. When we transformed it, the sugar content dropped, naturally. As a bonus, removing the lactose also reduced the calories and carbohydrates in our yogurt.

Nothing was introduced to dilute or alter the dairy nature of our yogurt, so it's still 100% dairy. It's an exciting development with nothing but positive results to recommend it.

Enjoy!
